Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping within the US for all orders $125 and higher. Orders below $125 are charged anywhere between $4.95-$9.95 (flat shipping rate depending on weight) for domestic and between $14.95-$19.95 (flat shipping rate depending on weight) for international.

When available, expedited shipping can be selected during checkout + will be included in final purchase cost. International shipping does not include duties or taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.

We strive to ship all orders placed before 12:00PM (MST) within 2 business days, regardless of shipping speed selected, unless the item on pre-order. We strongly encourage you to double-check your shipping address prior to placing your order. Keep in mind that we're not liable for incorrectly entered addresses. If you want to change your shipping address, kindly get in touch with us within 24 hours.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If your order process has begun, or your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to make any adjustments to your order. Expect a shipping confirmation email, which includes your  tracking info, once your order has been shipped.

Returns

We try to make processing returns and exchanges as easy as possible for our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 30 days of placing your order. We want to make your shopping experience the best it can be. That’s why we’ve made a FREE return option for our US customers when selecting store credit!
