Dichroic "squid ink" fabric inspired by 500+ million years of evolution.

The squids' skin is one of the most complex and unique biological materials on this planet. While most creatures with color-changing ability do it to hide, squids do it to attract. Which is where the inspiration for Shroom Beach's reflective release came from.

Our rainbow reflective prints are stealthy, until you don't want it to be. The mushroom pattern is a mellow gray/black, and then when the light hits it just right, the print comes to life and looks like it's from another dimension.

Amazing quality

I bought these shorts for my husband for an event; he wanted to wear them all weekend! I had some shipping issues, with no updated tracking showing on my end so I thought the item was lost or would arrive late. Dan & Kate with customer service were outstanding and even sent me pictures of arrival times from their end. The day I was leaving for our event they arrived! Love these shorts!
They recommend not putting them through the washer/dryer - which I did accidentally and they still came out fine. (though I will hand wash in the future)

Workout shorts that feel professional

I hat shorts that make me look like a stand in for bad 70s gay pornography. These shorts are short and allow enough flexibility to workout without looking flimsy/ see-through and as though I dressed for attention.

I love my flexliving shorts. This is my third pair . I live the liner and the length. Got to show those thighs off lol The reflective ones are really fun.

For runners

I bought these shorts to use on my evening runs to help with visibility. Overall the shorts a great. I am a 30 waist and the small fits great and they have sturdy construction. The shorts a quite a bit heavier than other running shorts but once you get moving it is not noticeable. One thing that bothered me though is the material is very stiff compared to normal workout shorts. Overall it did not limit my workout and it may be less of an issue over time.
